Radically Open Relating
7-Day Retreat for Singles, Lovers, & More

Costa Rica | March 2-8, 2026
$1500-3200

remember who you were before the world told you who to be.

“The retreat helped me see the kind of love that is possible... with myself and others... when I can fully accept and reveal my whole self.

Radically Open Relating has opened up so damn much for me in life: self-love, connection with others, getting what I want, and letting go of things I didn’t need to carry in the first place.” J.P.

Join us for Radically Open Relating: a truly transformational experience. You’ll be supported to open up, let yourself be, and express yourself in new ways, all while soaking up the unique beauty and magic of the Costa Rican Jungle.

The retreat will be a mix of intensity and relaxation. While designed to be profound and challenging in all the ways you expect from a Radically Open Relating event, it is NOT a Radical Honesty 8-day intensive. There will be plenty of time for exploring in nature, chilling in a hammock, and spending your evenings as you please.

Free yourself up to show up boldly, live
confidently, and fully be you.

At this 7-day retreat, you’ll have opportunities to…

  • See the subconscious parts that are often at the helm in your relationships
  • Recognize and interrupt people-pleasing or co-dependent patterns

  • Work on being with, digesting, and integrating past experiences so you’re able to live more fully in the present

  • Let go of “shoulds” and start acting from what actually matters to you

And you’ll leave with powerful tools and insights to approach relatioinships with more honesty, acceptance, and clarity. You’ll likely feel a new sort of comfort in your own skin, a growing confidence in your ability to be with challenging experiences, and a deeper sense of freedom to express yourself, just as you are in any moment.

Discover how showing up authentically is one of the most powerful steps toward creating the relationships you want.

IS THIS RETREAT FOR ME?

This retreat is for Singles, couples, Throuples or more
who’ve never done a Radically Open Relating or Radical Honesty workshop.
For notes on accessibility please see the FAQs section.

***This retreat may be an emotionally intense experience for you—it is for most. We will spend a lot of our time focusing on remaining present in our bodies and building tolerance for what comes up in us when we don’t avoid and dissociate. We will also spend time expressing and processing emotions, including sadness, resentment, and appreciation, and there will inevitably be crying and raised voices, along with lightness and laughter. If you have significant unaddressed trauma that you do not wish to face, this workshop may not be a healthy choice for you.***

WHAT’S INVOLVED

The retreat includes daily light, casual yoga, 3 healthy vegetarian meals a day, and private or shared accommodations—all in a stunning eco-retreat center with a secluded stream, pools, and waterfalls, surrounded by magical flora and fauna.

During our workshop sessions we’ll be doing a mix of:

  • Paired and group exercises

  • Group discussions

  • Somatic practices

  • Gestalt-style hotseat work

  • Personal in-session coaching

You’ll be supported in meeting the parts of yourself you’ve exiled or judged—your desire, shame, neediness, and anger—and in working with, instead of against them. You’ll better understand how you self-sabotage, project, and respond to triggers, and how honesty can be a medicine for anxiety and depression. Your new perspectives will help steer you toward living more boldly and shaping a life that’s authentic, exciting, and deeply gratifying.

Embrace your power to claim,
align with, and create
the relationships you want

“[The retreat] is as hard or as easy as you make it. The invitation is there, if you want
to stretch yourself and try saying some really uncomfortable things out loud. Or you
could just sit quietly and watch others do the same, and still learn and benefit. Or... you
might come feeling shy, and find that halfway through, you’re genuinely bursting to
say something you’ve been holding onto your entire life.
Leave room for surprises—but come.” - J.P.
