No pets or children allowed at this opening. \n**Harm Reduction Services Distinguished from Licensed Facilitation:**\nColorado has enacted the Natural Medicine Health Act (“NMHA”)\, which both decriminalized the adult possession and sharing of certain natural medicines and also created a regulated pathway to access psilocybin in licensed healing centers. The activities at 375 Irving are private and invite-only\, carried out under the decriminalization provisions of the NMHA. These decriminalization provisions of NMHA allow adults to engage in private ceremonies with no money exchanged\, and also allow adults to provide bona fide harm reduction services such as coaching and be paid for these services while concurrently sharing natural medicine for no remuneration. See Colorado Revised Statute Section 18-18-434(12)(d). \nAll residents of 375 Irving strictly comply with Colorado law regarding these services and do not engage in the regulated provision of psychedelic facilitation at this location. Attendees of events must be informed whether or not hosts are Licensed under Colorado State Licensing pursuant to Article 170 of Title 12. \nUnder the regulated portion of NMHA\, the practice of facilitation includes several specific features\, including: (a) regulated preparation\, administration\, and integration sessions in a healing center; (b) administration sessions require numerous specific plans and disclosures\, including transportation plans\, safety plans\, and other related standard operating procedures; (c) healing centers are licensed locations approved by local zoning regulations; \nNumerous aspects of events at this location are distinguishable and different from the regulated NMHA program\, including: (a) sessions are not in a state licensed healing center; (b) 375 Irving is not approved explicitly by local zoning regulations; and (c) Hosts may not have completed the state mandated practicum or consultation requirements prior to engaging in this work.\nAs such\, the hosts of any event at this location do not intend to engage in the unlicensed practice of facilitation and adhere to state law as it restricts and permits unlicensed sharing of natural medicines.

Whether you are brand new to microdosing or looking to refine your current practice\, this is a space to learn\, connect\, and explore. \n**Optional 1:1 support will be available** for those wanting to begin or adjust a microdosing regimen. Participants who are actively journaling their experience will receive a complimentary 1–2 month microdose supply\, access to a guided journaling platform\, and ongoing support from members of the Colorado Psychedelic Practitioners Cohort. \nWe are also collecting anonymous data to better understand how different mushroom strains and protocols impact mood\, focus\, creativity\, and healing. Those who choose to participate in this informal research will be eligible for continued microdose gifts at no cost.\nThis gathering is community-supported and free to attend.
