DESCRIPTION:**What if your emotions weren’t a problem\, but a path?** \nJoin us for an energizing weekend of getting brave\, deepening your understanding of yourself\, and plenty of hands-on practice saying the tough stuff\, at the Radical Honesty Weekend Workshop. \n**At the end of the workshop\, you’ll go home with:** \n* Tools for working with big emotions & nervous system dysregulation\n* Techniques for reducing stress and connecting better with others\n* Perspectives that help you avoid taking others’ actions personally\n* A growing confidence in your resilience in the face of challenges\n* A deeper sense of freedom to be yourself and fully express yourself \n**This workshop might be for you if…** \n* You distance yourself from the people in your life rather than risk getting in trouble with the truth\n* You’re pretty sure you’re a “people-pleaser” or a “nice guy”\n* You avoid conflict at all costs\, but find it’s not working well for you.\n* You worry no one would want to get close if they knew the real you\n* You’re afraid to be honest with your partner but you want a deeper\, more intimate connection.\n* You love challenging yourself in a supportive environment\, with others like you! \n**This retreat is absolutely for LGBTQIA+ folks\, ages from young adults to seniors\, and those who’ve never done a Radical Honesty workshop.** \n*****Radical Honesty workshops can be emotionally intense—participants often experience and express strong feelings\, including anger (sometimes with raised voices)\, sadness (often with tears)\, joy\, and appreciation. We spend much of our time staying present in our bodies and processing these emotions together. While this can be a meaningful and transformative experience\, it may not be a healthy choice if you have unaddressed trauma.***** \n**During our workshop sessions\, we’ll be doing a mix of:** \n* Paired and group exercises\n* Group discussions\n* Somatic practices\n* Gestalt-style hotseat work\n* Personal in-session coaching \n…all with two certified and experienced Radical Honesty Trainers.\nAt the Radical Honesty Weekend Workshop you’ll be supported in meeting the parts of yourself you’ve exiled or judged—your desire\, shame\, neediness\, and anger—and in working with\, instead of against them. \nYou’ll begin to better understand how you self-sabotage\, project\, and respond to triggers. In addition to providing honesty coaching\, I also lead in-person and online Radical Honesty workshops. \nI worked with Radical Honesty founder\, Brad Blanton\, beginning in 2014\, filling many roles within Radical Honesty Enterprises\, ending with my role as COO in 2021.
