Not because they are dangerous\, but because we are afraid of how they will be received. \nIn this experiential workshop\, we will explore what happens when we withhold\, what happens when we share\, and how our bodies respond in each moment. Together we will practice: \n* Guided visualization to connect with memories or truths we have kept inside.\n* Partner and triad exercises to notice the difference between being met with constriction versus curiosity.\n* Practical scripts and embodied tools for bringing more openness into your relationships. \nThis is not about fixing your partner or reliving the past. It is about cultivating awareness\, resilience\, and relational possibility in the present moment. \nCome alone or with a partner. Her own journey through sudden loss\, addiction recovery\, and healing informs the way she holds space: with compassion\, honesty\, and a belief that transformation begins in the body. \nThrough her practice\, Jellyfish Journeywork\, and as co-leader of the Colorado Psychedelic Practitioners Cohort\, Avery helps individuals navigate grief\, intimacy\, and personal transformation. Her work blends somatic awareness\, parts work\, and mindfulness to support clients in stepping into clarity\, resilience\, and deeper self-trust.
